Refund/Cancellation Policy

If anyone asks for a refund for any product/service. Then we will check for the authentication of cancellation.

The amount will be refunded if

  • The customer has make the payment twice for the product/service.
  • For Appointment Booking – User can ask for refund before 24 hour of his booking slot.
  • We failed to deliver the product as per the description.
  • Mistakenly order/book the appointment. In that case refund is only possible before the product dispatch and before 24 hours of appointment slot.

The amount will be refunded within 30 days on the same bank account/UPI.
