Ment-Man provides property maintenance and support services including but not limited to:
Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting, Civil works, Tiling, Waterproofing, Cleaning, Door/Window repair, Aluminium & Glass work, ACP glazing, Interior decorating, Elevator support, and other handyman services.

Service availability may depend on location, time, technician availability, and nature of work.

2. Service Requests & Booking

  • Customers can book services through call, WhatsApp, website forms, or email.
  • Booking confirmation depends on availability and service feasibility.
  • We may contact you for additional details before scheduling.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Service charges may vary based on service type, material requirement, complexity, and site condition.
  • For certain services, final cost may be confirmed after inspection.
  • Any extra work outside the original scope will be charged separately with customer approval.

Package Note (Minor Maintenance)

Packages shown on the website (Normal / Combo / Priority) are applicable only for minor maintenance tasks, as per package inclusions. Major repairs or specialized services may involve separate charges.

4. Service Warranty / Support

  • Warranty (if applicable) depends on the service type and terms of work.
  • Warranty does not apply in case of misuse, external damage, or unapproved modifications by others.
  • We aim to provide reliable post-service support where applicable.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are requested to:

  • Provide correct address and contact details
  • Ensure access to the service area
  • Inform us about any risks at the location (electricity, water leakage, restricted access, etc.)

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Customers can cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us as early as possible.
  • For last-minute cancellations, a visit charge may apply depending on the situation.

7. Safety & Conduct

  • Our technicians follow safety practices during work.
  • Customers are expected to maintain respectful communication and safe working conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ment-Man is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen site issues
  • Loss or damage due to customer negligence
  • Pre-existing issues that worsen due to hidden structural problems

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, logo, design, images) belongs to Ment-Man unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Changes to Terms
